Step 1: Initial Consultation – Let's Discuss Your Vision

What Happens?

We start with a free consultation to discuss your ideas, space, and expectations.
Whether you have a fully formed concept or just an idea, we refine it together.
We’ll go over color schemes, themes, styles, and size requirements to ensure the artwork is a perfect fit.
If needed, we can visit your space for a more precise evaluation.

This step ensures we fully understand your needs before moving forward.

Step 2: Concept & Design – Your Vision Takes Shape

What Happens?

Based on our discussion, Mike will create sketches or digital renderings for approval.
You’ll receive a detailed design proposal, including:
A visual representation of the artwork.
Material and technique recommendations based on your space.
A timeline for completion.
Transparent pricing—no hidden fees.

We refine the design together, making adjustments until you’re 100% satisfied.
A $1,000 design fee is required before the first sketch. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your mural and includes up to two revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.

Step 3: Execution – The Magic Begins

What Happens?

Once the design is approved, Mike begins painting, sculpting, or finishing the piece.
Whether on-site for murals and installations or in-studio, every brushstroke is crafted with precision and skill.
Collaboration continues—we provide progress updates so you can see your artwork come to life.
For large-scale projects, we may work in phases, ensuring every detail meets expectations.

We use high-quality materials for durability, whether indoors or outdoors.

Step 4: Final Touches & The Big Reveal

What Happens?

Before unveiling the finished piece, we complete detailed touch-ups and quality checks.
You’ll receive a final walkthrough to ensure you’re completely happy with the results.
For murals, sculptures, and custom pieces, we apply protective coatings as needed to enhance longevity.

Your space is now transformed with a unique, one-of-a-kind masterpiece!

Step 5: Ongoing Support & Maintenance

What Happens?

Our relationship doesn’t end once the artwork is finished. We offer:
Guidance on maintenance and care for longevity.
Touch-ups and restorations if needed in the future.
Consultation for future projects—many of our clients return for additional artwork!

If your mural project is outside Pinellas County, a travel surcharge will be applied to cover expenses.
Have a large-scale project outside Florida? Let’s discuss logistics!

Minimum Project Fee

Mike Jenney specializes in large-scale murals that require time, precision, and creativity. To maintain quality and efficiency, a minimum project fee of $500 applies to all mural commissions.
This ensures that every project receives the care and attention it deserves.
